Vivian started the firm in 1996 after a decade in a large practice, on the theory that private client work is better done by the person you actually meet. She still drafts every will herself.

Daniel runs the estates side of the practice: grants, inventories, and the twelve months of administration that follow one. He is the person most likely to still be answering the phone at twenty to six.

Simone handles capacity documents and the paperwork that separation leaves behind. She teaches the firm’s plain-English drafting standard to everyone who joins.

Tom came to law after eight years as a paramedic, which is why he is unbothered by a difficult conversation and unusually good at explaining what happens next.
